- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
- Optional: vanilla essence, cinnamon, or nutmeg
HOW TO MAKE SUPER FLUFFY PANCAKES
1. MIX THE DRY INGREDIENTS
In a bowl, whisk together:
flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. MIX THE WET INGREDIENTS
