FlUFFY PANCAKES RECIPE
Ingredients (makes 6–8 pancakes):
1 cup (120g) flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda (optional but makes it fluffier)
A pinch of salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
Optional: vanilla essence, cinnamon, or nutmeg

Directions:
1. MIX The DRY INGREDIENTS
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. MIX THE WET INGREDIENTS
In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and melted butter/oil.
Add vanilla if using.
3. COMBINE
Pour the wet mixture into the dry.
Stir gently—don’t overmix. A few small lumps are okay.
4. COOK
Heat a lightly oiled pan on medium heat.
Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
When bubbles form on top, flip and cook the other side until golden.
5. SERVE
Enjoy with honey, syrup, fruit, powdered sugar, or even peanut butter.
