WHAT MAKES THE SPECIAL

INGREDIENTS
For the Suya Meat
300g beef or chicken (thinly sliced)
2–3 tbsp suya spice (yaji)
1 tbsp ground peanut (optional for richer suya taste)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Pinch of salt
FOR THE PIZZA
Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
3–4 tbsp pizza sauce (or tomato paste + pinch of yaji)
1–2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 small red onion (thin rings)
Fresh tomatoes (sliced)
Green bell pepper (optional)
Extra suya spice (for dusting)

HOW TO MAKE IT
1️⃣ Prepare the Suya Meat
1. Mix suya spice, oil, salt, and ground peanuts (optional).
2. Coat your beef/chicken slices evenly.
3. Grill in a pan, oven, or charcoal grill until browned and tasty.
4. Set aside.

2️⃣ ROLL OUT & PREP THE DOUGH
1. Lightly oil a pan or baking tray.
2. Roll the dough into a circle.
3. Use a fork to poke small holes (helps it cook evenly).

3️⃣ BUILD THE SUYA PIZZA
1. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce.
2. Add mozzarella cheese.
3. Add your grilled suya meat.
4. Add onion rings, tomato slices, and peppers.
5. Sprinkle more suya spice lightly across the top.

4️⃣ COOK IT
If Using an Oven:
Bake at 230°C (450°F) for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.
If Using a Pan (No Oven):
1. Heat pan on low.
2. Place dough inside and cover.
3. Cook 7–10 minutes.
4. Add toppings, cover again for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
CLAYPOT / VILLAGE
Place pizza on foil inside a hot pot, cover tight, cook 12–15 minutes.
